I have no idea for SIngapore office. But I think we can file a report either to the Criminal Investigation Department or Commercial Affairs Department. Both are accessible at the link..http://www.spf.gov.sg/abtspf/overview.htm. I'm sure from that report at least they will take some action to Asianpay. The main company is in Thailand and we need to hire a lawyer to file the case in court. Could somebody from Thailand survey the cost of laywer in Thailand? After that we can discuss how we are going to do next?

I have contacted n emailed the Singapore Police department, hopefully they can help.

Anyone with any actual action taken against them instead of talking n complaing how to recover our money???

My suggestion is whoever want to claim their money back by hiring a lawyer, we should share the cost, whoever just complain and talk without any action, then they find their own way. Is that fair?

Since have contacted the police, then please update us how the police handle the case, if any monetary issue involved, can open talk and discuss over here.

I think the layer the best solution because he knows what to do, step by step, and because he's an official guy.

Without doubt that we will lodge a complaint and bring to him some proofs. And we need one of us on place to work with him. Is there someone on place to do that ?

But before all, how many and who are we ?

Sorry for long away from forum, I'm thinking the best way to hire the lawyer to handle our case, but for this time I need to get some of my money from other resources then we will do this together..hopefully I can get by this month. Without money we cant do anything now..I have a freind in Thailand willing to help me in this situation..but I need to get some of my money first before ask my friend to handle this case in Thailand. Btw, our freind Brandon email me yesterday and ask me to go to the website and contact that guy to get a group of people together to help recover our money from them. Carlo & AsianPay are currently under investigation by the Chiang Mai police in the province of Hang Dong district, we have already filed a report against them but the local police are finding it difficult understanding the nature of the crimes committed, but they have said that if ENOUGH people come forward and complain they will bring in the Thai DSI - a branch of the police dealing with fraud. The Thai Government Office of Consumer Protection.

We contacted the DSI ourselves and they also said the same, that if enough people complain they will go in with full force and close the whole of the operation. They also said their was a new law passed last year which enables them to just walk into AsianPays office and seize computers etc without having to wait for a long drawn out court appearance’s involving lawyers etc …

We suggest the first step you take is to telephone the local police station in Hang Dong, the more they keep hearing the name AsianPay the better, this would be best being done by a Thai wife, husband or friend. Even though their response will be that you should come down to Chiang Mai to personally file the report it all still helps for them suddenly having enough of hearing the name AsianPay and going in full force with warrants for arrest with further police that have knowledge of internet fraud / crime.

GO TO THAILAND OR AT LEAST PHONE THE POLICE!

The owner of this web site just did that last week, http://www.udonmap.com/
it was very stressful but he got paid out in full, it is because Supatra one of the Thai partners still has property here, but as soon as the large very expensive house is sold the web site will dissapear altogther.

The only reason the web site is still open is to stall everyone until this house is sold....THEN it will be the end...
THEN the web site will completely close

If enough people file a complaint with the police they will arrest her..

Carlos is hiding in Italy and will never come back to Thailand again...

Signing petitions will do absolutely nothing...you have to go to Chiang Mai and file a police report or you will get zero...everyone I know including me that has done this has been paid out in full, I even got 60,000 baht compensation for all my travelling costs!!

You can not do this sat at home hoping something magical might happen....it won't
