Secondly, which country r u from? up to now, i have not received any single cents from TGE and TIC. I have given them a due date until end of Apr2008 since they claim everything will be settled on Apr08. If they fail to do so, i am thinking to lodge a report, but they in Thailand and i am from Singapore, is a bit hard..

1) Web Sites:
Both the web sites have been reopened on the new servers one week ago.
However we still have a problem reinstalling the SSL certificates.
This is why someone could get errors when browsing the web sites

The SSL problem is the reason why sensible information have been
cleared from the database
and if you login you can not see Credit cards, or Digital Currencies
accounts or your Bank account.
If you have any balance available due to referals or bonuses, just
contact us.
We will allow you to cash it out.
Digital Currencies accounts (E-gold, E-bullion and Liberty Reserve)
infoprmation
and Bank Information, will be reinstalled in the database as soon as
the SSL problem
will be solved.

2) Services:

All the services are closed. Opened plans in TIC are working as usual
but not
new plans can be opened.
All services in TGE are closed.
Will be reopened but with a completely diffrent project.

3) Pending Payments
As emailed at the end of the year we are now starting to provide all
the pending payments for
both TGE and TIC.
All and we underline ALL the paymentS will be provided in full within
the end of April starting from the next week.
We will provide payments daily, even in small amounts, but regularly
and without interruptions.
All payment fees and charges, like bank transfers, will be on our
behalf.
You still can only have a few amounts charged on your receiving amount
for intermediary bank fees.

4) Pool Plans in TIC.

POOL Plans will be recalculated accordingly to different situations for
each member.
Part of them will stay open but connected to our CORE Business, part
paid back in the same timeframe as above.
More information and clear rules will be emailed to only POOL plans
owners the next week.
No one will loose principals that have been transferred in POOL plans
in the past.

4) New Forum

Starting Monday, January 14th, a new forum will be enabled for all TGE
and TIC
members.
In the FORUM there will be 2 sections, one for TGE and one for TIC. We
will update daily the list of
payment provided in the form:
USER ID (TGE OR TIC) - % PAID ON THE FULL AMOUNT DUE - PAYMENT DATE -
PAYMENT BATCH OR TRANSACTION ID
NO AMOUNTS WILL BE DISPLAYED IN RESPECT OF PRIVACY.

Members will be allowed to register to post only to confirm they have
received the payment.
No discussions, no comments. Are useless. This forum will be just a way
of confirming that we are paying
as we say.

Member will have to register using there registered email in TGE and
TIC and their USER ID as the username.
The Forum URL will be send to all the members by email on Monday ,
January 14th.

5) Comments

We do not want to enter again in discussions, or polemics, or excuses
or whatever for what happened.
But we want just to give you some thoughts to think about:

A - Asianpay Co. Ltd is a real Company that has not closed its offices
or its business.
B - All TGE and TIC transactions has been fiscally registered. We have
paid taxes and V.A.T. for each single transaction
C - There are thousands of papers in our accounting files as a proof of
it.
D - The reasons that caused our problems are very clear and can be
clearly explained at your request.
There is not the need to write them here but we will be more then
pleased to explain everything to everyone
will request it. And if you are in Thailand and you want to visit
our offices and directly speak with us you are welcome.
E - We are here everyday running our main Business, answering to
everyone and working.
F - AsianPay Co. Ltd. has not any kind of debt with everyone, excepted
the pending payments in TGE and TIC.
The Company's Credit Bureau information and the Company's
administrators Credit Bureau information are clean.
We are substaining the Company with our own Money and really
sacrificing ourselves to do that.
G - If we were a SCAM, at this time, one year later the beginning of
the troubles, we were already disappeared and our
offices closed. Instead we are here everyday and our main
Businesses are growing, slowly but growing.
H - It is only in your interest to let us to do our Main Business. It
is the way to get your payments.

Starting Monday, January 14th, keep the Forum checked everyday. You
will see daily what we are doing.
You will see the days we pay more, the days we pay less, but will see
everyday we pay, until everything will
be completed.

In conclusion: you CAN NOT consider us like a private group of people
that tried to SCAM your money.
We have huge amounts paid in our history, everyone has signed
contracts, we have abide any fiscal and legal
process, all the transactions have been duly registered.

There is not a Pyramid Scheme, or a PONZI scheme or similar illegal
businesses, that does yearly balances,
V.A.T. registrations, Finanancial statements etc etc etc., so you CAN
NOT compare us to them.

Now, that we will complete all the payments, is time to finally
understand that we will simply run in financial
troubles with our Business, that we have fight everyday for our
Business to survive but also to find the way
to pay your money back.

Many thanks for your email’s regarding Carlo Sorio, Joey Wellington, Corrado Prever, Supattra Charoenku, Juthamaht Tongsa and co partners, thieves, fraud and fellow scamsters,

Carlo & AsianPay are currently under investigation by the Chiang Mai police in the province of Hang Dong district, we have already filed a report against them but the local police are finding it difficult understanding the nature of the crimes committed, but they have said that if ENOUGH people come forward and complain they will bring in the Thai DSI - a branch of the police dealing with fraud. The Thai Government Office of Consumer Protection.

We contacted the DSI ourselves and they also said the same, that if enough people complain they will go in with full force and close the whole of the operation. They also said their was a new law passed last year which enables them to just walk into AsianPays office and seize computers etc without having to wait for a long drawn out court appearance’s involving lawyers etc …

We suggest the first step you take is to telephone the local police station in Hang Dong, the more they keep hearing the name AsianPay the better, this would be best being done by a Thai wife, husband or friend. Even though their response will be that you should come down to Chiang Mai to personally file the report it all still helps for them suddenly having enough of hearing the name AsianPay and going in full force with warrants for arrest with further police that have knowledge of internet fraud / crime.
